In July 2026, the Lord instructed Apostle Dr. Jesse Roberson to change the name of the ministry from Healing Waters Outreach Ministry to Outpour Apostolic Fellowship Church. The name change became effective August 2, 2026.

Outpour Apostolic Fellowship Church (OAFC) is to be a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled church that transforms lives through the outpour of love, worship, discipleship, outreach and fellowship. We are committed to equipping people to live for Christ, by impacting each other, the community and abroad, by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ, through faithful service and dedication.”

Outpour Apostolic Fellowship Church exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making faithful disciples, equipping believers through the teaching of God’s Word, demonstrating the power of the Holy Spirit, and impacting our community and the nations with the love, truth, and transforming power of Christ. We are committed to worship, prayer, evangelism, fellowship, and servant leadership as we help people experience spiritual renewal, discover their God-given purpose, and fulfill the Great Commission.
